Advice to Management

Reorganize your leadership team and remove politics and unfair treatment to ground-floor employees.

Stop body-shopping. Leaders and managers, do not just fill your pockets.

Fire unskilled management who just sit for billing charts and Excel sheets.

Hire skilled leadership managers, rather than promoting idle-sitting unskilled managers who do not do any work.

Do not back-stab and back-bite a nice, diligent worker.

Do not organize drunkards and flatterers into higher roles and promotions.

Follow government guidelines. Do not kill your employee by false cases of sexual harassment.

Follow government guidelines. Do not misuse your powers.

Follow government guidelines. Do not harass your loyal employee.

Follow government guidelines. Do not cause career and life threats to your employee.

Follow government guidelines. Do not bring shame to India and Cisco, United States of America.

Do not cause shame to Cisco ethics and the Cisco community. Fix your Bengaluru office's dirty politics.

Promote your diligent, hardworking ground-level staff, rather than promoting drunkards and flatterers.

Come out of cheap-class, dirty politics and criminal conspiracies. For example, intentionally insulting and showing down a male employee in front of a female and amongst all other colleagues.

Be gender neutral.

Be language neutral. If I do not know your South Indian languages, do not classify me as a separatist.

Do not close doors. Do not make the entire organization turn against your good employee. If you do not like your teammate for some reason, allow him to search for a role in another team. Cisco India must not make the entire Cisco close doors to a worker because of personal dislike, hatred, and revenge.

Do not misuse policies, trapping your good employee falsely into an alleged, false violation.

Be human. Do not be criminal.

Be human. Do not be evil.

Be human. Do not give critical powers to a handful of cruel, silly, and whimsical leaders.

There should be a proper chain of leadership. Do not give elevated autonomy to a handful of cruel, silly, and whimsical leaders.

Do not be bureaucratic.

Do not be autocratic.

Do not be animal, cruel, and inhuman. Respect your ground-level employees, rather than always agreeing and nodding to peer managers and leaders.

Cisco Headquarters, Cisco Ethics and Community, President, CEO, and Board of Directors must be reachable. Do not give autonomy and autocratic powers to the India office.
