Good company to work for.
Excellent benefits and compensation.
Very flexible with corporate policies, procedures, and culture.
As long as the Business Unit is bringing good revenue, you are good. The moment BU revenue goes flat or negative YoY, the jobs will be sent to low-cost locations. Some bad elements always look for building empires. It's better to stay away from such BUs and their leaders.
When selecting top leaders, always take feedback bottoms-up on what challenges the organization is going through so you can pick the right level of leadership. Bring in fresh blood from outside for leadership positions.
It was fairly good and well organized. The team was very friendly and interactive. The interview process was smooth and finished the process in a week.
It was a one-round interview. It was predominantly on data science and large language models. They gave me a repo of an agent framework and asked me to find the code where reward is calculated.
The first round was essentially a screening interview with the recruiter. We mostly discussed my resume, past experiences, and had a general conversation about the company and the role. The second round was more technical. It involved a deeper dive
