Pretty flexible; work and life balance.
Not easy to be promoted.
This company visited my college. There were a total of three rounds. In the first round, they presented a coding question and MCQs based on CS Fundamentals. In the second round, they mainly focused on Data Structure concepts and Networking concepts
It was really good experience. The interviewer was very decent and polite also. He gave considerable time to think for approach to solve the problem. At the end, overall interview gave me good experience.
On-campus non-technical interview. It was very relaxed, focusing on my prior experience. The interviewer was very passionate about his work and seemed excited about bringing on new interns. No technical questions were asked.
