Technology is good. The ability to work remotely is a benefit. Working in foreign countries is also possible. I met some of my best friends there.
Lots of idiots in management. Lack of strategic direction in many cases. Very cheap for employee benefits. Uneven diversity - too many clique racial groups.
Hire based on diversity, not because of familial or ethnic/cultural reasons.
