Flexible time options are great for working parents. Benefits are awesome, with an onsite clinic and fitness center. The site is great. Working conditions are good.
There are so many departments and positions that it is hard to keep track of who is working on what and how to contact people. Career advancement is pretty hard to get, as people get fossilized into the first position they get.

Excellent recruiter helped guide the process from start to finish. There were five interviewers. They were all technical based and covered a fair amount of ground regarding theory, hardware design, system bringup, debug, and validation.
Quality Assurance
It was fairly good and well organized. The team was very friendly and interactive. The interview process was smooth and finished the process in a week.

It was a one-round interview. It was predominantly on data science and large language models. They gave me a repo of an agent framework and asked me to find the code where reward is calculated.
