- Good salary/benefits.
- Depending on your boss, the work is enjoyable and offers a lot of freedom for decision-making.
- Good company culture.
- Layoffs - very common and regular. The bad thing is they don't do it for the right reasons, but only to please the shareholders.
I have been laid off three times already, but was rehired twice.
Think twice about layoffs. It's very hard for employees and really terrible. It gets worse when you find out after a year or so that they are hiring your position again.
