Received online HackerRank assessment. Did not make it past this round. Questions were quite difficult, and time was very limited – maybe 45 minutes for 2 questions. However, perhaps I'm just bad at interviews under pressure.

There were three technical rounds and one system design round. The interviewers were nice and had positive responses throughout all stages, but I didn't receive an offer. They want you to be a good communicator.

The application process required a lot of data entry and registration with Cisco's talent system. After spending all of that time filling in details, Cisco has never contacted me. I applied 45 days ago, and there's been no word and no way to contact
