Pros

Good benefits and health plan. Great place to learn, and if you are proactive, you can move up the ladder.

Cons

With automatic headcount reduction of 5% per quarter, it's hard to concentrate on the work and not worry about being cut. This creates a cut-throat environment where making others look bad so you look good is not a desirable situation.

Advice to Management

Make the stock price grow by hiring what you need and building on their skills. Don't hire just to make numbers look good, then cut them to make stocks look better. Stop hiring and get the bean counters out, and build on the people you have.
