Good working environment. Encourages work from home. Follows an agile development process. This helps to get earlier customer feedback. This BU provides good customer engagement.
No QA and developer segregation in the teams. Teams have to play more, more than managers. Also, work from home is allowed, which Cisco, as a company, promotes.
One downside of agile implementation in CCBU is less time to learn. Gaining expertise on one component is a challenge.
