- Nice workplace, facilities include play areas, gyms, and multiple food options.
- Best transportation facility.
- Great place to relax and retire if you are looking for management roles.
- Not competitive pay.
- Diluted engineering expertise, at least in India.
- Pathetic management. Managers are struggling hard to ruin Cisco's reputation.
The technical know-how of the management chain is getting very, very thin. It was not the same a few years back. In fact, managers are working based on perception instead of addressing their responsibilities (most of them).
Grow up. Be professional.
