Work on new technologies
I was interviewed for an automation job. I had six rounds: * One on Java * One on algorithms * One on testing * One on automation * Followed by managerial and HR rounds. The interviews took almost three hours on average per round.
4 rounds of interview. 1st: Easy technical. 2nd: LeetCode medium. 3rd: Design. 4th: Behavioral. Just practice DSA and design, and you should be good. Be natural. Interview questions are mounted onto your experience.
It would take a full day, face-to-face interview. Prior to that, you have to qualify by telephone. This telephonic stage would be to qualify yourself and determine whether you are worth calling for a face-to-face.
