I have been working in this company for 10+ years at the India Site. I have found that this company adopts best industry standards when it comes to software development processes or employee care. It provides you with the choice of how you want to contribute. I have seen colleagues who have been rightly rewarded with promotions and higher grades when they make exemplary contributions. It pays as you perform without any hindrance. You can choose to grow slow and steady while giving enough time to your family. In other words, the company allows you to grow as you desire. Another good thing is that this company provides good transport service for its employees.
On some areas, I feel India's site is not having R&D opportunities in the latest technologies.
