Cisco gives a lot of flexibility in terms of the number of hours and the work-from-home option.
No hike every year. Every quarter there is a compulsory layoff.
Think before laying off employees.
If this culture continues, people will not be interested in joining the company.
Instead of hiring new people and laying off old people, it is better to train existing employees if they are lagging.
