Smart colleagues. People always willing to help you. Interesting tasks.
Big company, slow promotion system.
The interview process involved three steps: * HR Call * Technical Interview * Second HR Call Interviewers seemed to paste answers and then tried to find questions around them. They scheduled a third Webex call solely to ask for my feedback and info
Consists of three rounds of in-person (face-to-face) interviews. First round: C and data structure questions and basic networking questions. Second round: OS concepts and IPC mechanisms. Third round: Networking concepts and design questions.
The first round was not bad. Only a single tech lead was present, asking basic C programming questions. The second round was quite long and painful. It consisted of three 1+ hour sessions with two interviewers, some of whom were the hiring manager.
