Excellent work-life balance. Very helpful co-workers. Great culture within the company. Strong team bonding. Lots of benefits, including tuition reimbursement, health plans, and an internal rewards system.
Growth within the company is slow, as expected from a large company.
Compensation is not really at the mark compared to other companies.
Need more technical expertise in the upper management as well.
