WFH. There are no pros I can think of other than remote working.
No work-life balance.
The higher management and teams don't have a single process in place.
Negligible manager feedback.
Working in an agile manner doesn't mean you make the product a fish market and the team total chaos, with deliverables always getting delayed from the committed timelines.
Have a decent conversation with the team members for transparency.
The goal of the team should be committing valuable and quality software instead of building a product with high tech debt and zero organization of the codebase.
A feedback loop is very important, which is missing. Only a single person on the team has a say, which is unfair.
