Pay is not great. Constant layoffs. Many employees work long hours. The company is constantly acquiring other companies and expecting them to hit aggressive profit margins.
Stop cutting lower ranks; instead, cut the layers of management down. The company is too top-heavy. Work to provide better work/life balance for your employees instead of having them chained to their computers 24/7.
