A headhunter contacted me about a position at Cisco and asked if I had any interest in it. Since it was a position working with cloud solutions that I wanted to try, I submitted my CV to him. After several days, I was invited by the hiring manager

It would take a full day, face-to-face interview. Prior to that, you have to qualify by telephone. This telephonic stage would be to qualify yourself and determine whether you are worth calling for a face-to-face.
