I spent 2 years at Google. The colleagues were all friendly, and the benefits were just okay, but not great for the Bay Area. There was flexible work time, and many training opportunities if you wanted them.
I don't think there's much personal growth space at Cisco due to endless layoffs. The competition for this company is also going down.
