Great company culture, but frequent layoffs and an unstable environment
The company culture is great.
Excellent opportunity to learn new stuff, even in areas that are not directly related to the job. It has an in-house university where you can sign up for courses, a free Safari account, etc.
- Frequent layoffs make it very unstable to work in.
- The stock price is always a "shoots and ladders" game, never taking off.
- It's difficult to get promoted after a certain level of seniority.
- Pay is not comparable to big tech.
Look at the cons and fix them.
