Initially, you will get very good work, but you. Flexible work timing and excellent work-life balance. Good place to start your career as a fresher.
Too much office politics. Need to know how you have to climb the ladder by standing on others' shoulders. Senior people have their own personal agenda to go up the ladder.
If you are good at politics, go for it.
