Better WLB compared to most big tech, decent pay, little to no politics (largely true but depends on the team), great culture.
Slow professional growth, not many opportunities for internal relocation.
The interview was fine. Interviewers were chill, providing a pretty decent experience in my opinion. They asked questions on the basics, and a bit about projects and work experience, generally sticking to the basics.
The online round consisted of one coding question and 25 MCQ questions. The 25 MCQ questions were technical, covering concepts of Networks, OS, and DBMS. The coding question, which was taken directly from CodeChef, was a bit tough.
R1 - 30 Min with Manager. Very strange. They didn't ask questions really, just prepped me for R2. R2 - Take-home Terraform assignment. Fix the Terraform code. There were lots of errors, purposely trying to trick you. There were spelling errors too
