Provide a lot of resources to learn any skills you want. The company Udemy/Pluralsight subscriptions and the quarterly sponsored courses are amazing.
It's hard to get good technical direction from leadership. You have to be self-reliant on direction and impact, and then defend it.
R1 - 30 Min with Manager. Very strange. They didn't ask questions really, just prepped me for R2. R2 - Take-home Terraform assignment. Fix the Terraform code. There were lots of errors, purposely trying to trick you. There were spelling errors too
The process was easy but really to the point, with good questions overall. The first round was an online test with 5,000 applicants, and I was selected in the top 20. Then came the interview round. Overall, it was an okay experience.
