Work-life balance, different technologies to work on.
Continuous learning and good expectations.
I applied through Elitmus. Initially, I wrote a technical written test. Candidates selected from this test were called for direct interviews a week later. The face-to-face interview consisted of two rounds: the engineer panel and the managerial roun
I applied online. Later, HR called to schedule an interview with the Tech Team. It was an online Webex interview, where they asked me to share my screen while writing code.
My interview was quite smooth. I was mostly asked basic network-related questions, which I was comfortable with. Other than that, I was asked about some basic data structures/algorithms and when they would be helpful to increase router performance.
