1 hour with the hiring manager going over the resume/past projects and one easy LeetCode question, immediately followed by a 1-hour technical round with another software developer on the team.

Had to decide how to implement an array that hosts multiple stacks. First, two stacks, and then N stacks, in a way where the size of a stack can be more than 1/N of the array length.

I was invited for an on-campus interview for screening for this role. I was asked about my ongoing projects and experiences, and relevant courses I had taken. The hiring manager just seemed disinterested.
