Pros

The managers here are constantly trained to maintain balance between all the employees in a team.

There is no micromanagement at all.

Your weekdays are yours, your holidays are yours.

Best work-life balance.

Free AC gym provided in the Bangalore main campus.

A yearly complete health checkup is done free of cost.

The company provided 50K (before tax) as a bonus for each employee in India amidst the COVID crisis.

You can move from one team to another with "internal movement," which will help you get rid of managers (if you don't like them) or the tech stack.

Of course, you need to stay in the same role for a year until you move for another one.

Identity - wherever you travel in the world, people will recognize the company name.

Cons
  • Salaries are not up to market standards.
  • All managers are not the same.
  • Some managers won't handle their teams well, and it results in employees leaving.
  • Food is not free :)
  • Onsite travel is not that much.
Advice to Management
