The company has good values. If your manager is bad, you may have problems, but as a company, there are lots of perks and freedom.
None as such. Just salary increment was less during our hikes.

I just got the OA, and I thought they sent it to all candidates. The questions are so easy. My friend told me that they do not give offers to people who need sponsorship. I'm not sure about that.

3 easy-medium coding questions, 120 minutes. The main topics are arrays and hash tables. Throughout the whole process, it is not very hard and can be completed before 120 minutes, but we still need to do it as quickly as possible.
