Good pay, around $34/hr. I meet lots of diverse interns from various schools; they have diverse recruitment.
Bad management. Some interns sit idly. Teams are not encouraging to interns. Some boring projects. Bad communication skills. A bunch of old people.
Please allow interns to feel like they are a part of the team and are involved in team meetings.
