- Highly political environment.
- No vision.
- Adopted Agile but are stuck with a lot of legacy. It's too big an elephant.
- Treats people badly.
- Senior leaders don't stick around for more than 3 years. They talk big, and before realizing their plans, they quit. Total lack of accountability.
Be empathetic and treat people a little nice. Too much politics and some very bad hires, especially on the management side, can mess up the overall culture of the team.
