Cisco Sr. Leadership continued to make really bad hiring, strategic, and tactical decisions as related to Cloud. It obviously lost the race on SDN and Cloud to Amazon and Microsoft.
Its strategy of laying off people annually to cut costs is obviously the wrong strategy. It really kills the morale within the company and divides the people (millennials vs. 40+).
Also, it is a complete mess of bureaucracy among high and middle management, and a lack of advancement opportunities are stifling innovation.
