- Super chill (depends on department, I hear).
- The managers I have encountered plan things in such a way that there is minimal pressure on the engineers.
- Workload is appropriately managed.
- Annual shutdown that covers Christmas and New Year.
- Great interconnected IT systems (you can find a lot of resources and KT material).
You might atrophy your skills if you aren't self-motivated.
Wikis migrate too often, and one can end up with dead links.
The managers can shield you from some information and decisions that float above them.
Beyond my abilities to do that, let them do what they do best.
