Good working environment, flexible working schedule (however, it varies from BU to BU), and PTO plan as long as you get work done.
Career growth is limited. Collaboration means you have to work with different teams all across the world, day and night. Visions are good, but management's execution is less than satisfactory.

Software Engineer
There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
