Good pay, work from home.
Growing is difficult. The review system is very inefficient. I haven't had a formal review, and I have been looking for feedback to grow more on the team. However, I haven't received any response from my manager.
Too many management changes; don't expect a stable work environment. No one cares about your one-team attitude.
