You don't believe Cisco? Just think now days, companies take it if you need it like that. Even small companies will give a better insurance plan for you. You just spend 3-4 hours weekly to follow up if you have claims.

Not a place to learn for freshers. You will just learn people management, not the tech.

Mostly work independently and team bonding is very less.
- Please look into how insurance brokers deal with claims and pain from an employee perspective.
