It's a large company, with decent perks for its employees. The de facto world leader in computer networking.
Not really aggressive like startups.
Networking is no longer the hottest thing in the world.
Really none. Cisco's management is clever and adopts best practices in the budget. The only advice I can offer is to increase your purse for profit sharing :-)
