Work-life balance. Brilliant colleagues.
All the pros are not really of any advantage if there is no job security.
I was hired and was part of work force reductions after some X months. No performance review was done, which I think was not the basis for the last work force reduction.
In the end, all you hear is, "We are sorry, and this is unfortunate," and not even a proper reason for why you are part of work force reduction.
