- Can take more WFHs compared to other companies.
- Nice working environment, friendly people (depends on the team, though).
- Nice work culture.
- Get kicked even if you achieve goals (layoff).
- Growth is small; the learning curve is not that great.
Don't kick people who are really putting in their blood and sweat!
