The interview started with a light introduction. This was followed by a discussion on the resume and projects that I have done. The interviewer asked some basic questions on web development and SQL.

Telephonic interview. Four rounds of onsite F2F interviews: three technical and one managerial. Telephonic round with HR for salary discussion and benefits, including Cisco's medical plan, leaves, and flexibility. Offer processing.

Its well-organized process. All steps are well-defined. Firstly, multiple tech rounds, then a managerial round, then an HR round. All rounds were 30 minutes to 1 hour. Overall experience was very good.
