Good company if you are in the right team and the right designation
Good work-life balance. You may get to join the company at a competitively high compensation. You can change teams within Cisco in different units of operations. Good campus and a very good show-off environment.
If you are in some legacy OSes of Cisco, you may end up only doing maintenance and highly stressed customer issues.
The career growth and compensation growth gets stagnated if you are stuck in these teams.
Some teams have very micro-management intensive managers. They make life miserable.
Don't take employees for granted, and let them grow if they are doing justice to the work.
Provide recognition for the good efforts put in.
