Pros
  1. Flexibility is given to employees to work and complete projects in time.

  2. Market leader in networking with great innovation and technologies to learn and work.

  3. High-profile customers, but you need to be technically solid to handle them.

  4. Add-on world-class campus.

Cons
  1. Low salaries compared to the rest of the networking companies. HR is mostly inactive here, as no actions are taken to correct salaries to market standards. Sometimes, a hike can take 3-4 years to happen. Because of these issues, good people leave.

  2. Lots of work, even on weekends, so work-life balance is a myth in some BUs.

  3. Lots of reorgs. You might be working under one manager one day and might be working under another after a few days. It becomes difficult to settle at one team.

Advice to Management

Value the hard-working, loyal talent and pay them accordingly. Keep them happy, or after a few years, only less-talented individuals will be left in the organization.
