In the land of Narayanamurthys and that L&T tech CEO, this company has better work-life balance for most of the teams.
Politics. Many managers, leads, and directors talk, do nothing, steal credit, throw the actual workers under the bus, and mess up everything. The company or the management is also made up of similar people who don't give a **** and are bothered only about their stocks and bonuses. They are more than happy doing periodic layoffs to keep the share price up.
