Benefits, etc., are decreasing day by day.
Lot of cost-cutting.
People are okay.
No challenges.
No personal career goals.
The manager is more concerned about the product rather than the employee.
Listen to the people who actually work, rather than just the top of the pyramid.
Middle and senior management are there for a very long time.
