Not so great a place for an NCG
Flexible, not so bad managers, fun place to work for, salary is good.
No product roadmap (at least the one that I worked), no real revenue from some of the products (no impact). India is always a low-cost dev center with not-so-good jobs (that's true for any other US-based company, I guess).
Reduce managers, empower the bottom line to do something great.
