Great work culture and benefits, but not a place for aggressive learning
Great work culture. Helpful team and manager. Awesome work-life balance. Campus and facilities are world-class.
Lack of regular hikes and promotion. The decision-making at higher leadership is too slow, and any changes take frustratingly long. Not a good place for an undergrad or fresher who is inclined to put in time and learn as much as possible in their early years. The work is very slow, increasing the possibility of getting into a comfort zone. If some of the team members are in US time zones, then there might be late-night meetings every other day.
