Nice place to get harassed. Cisco umbrella
Cisco Umbrella had a good culture and work-life balance, but not anymore. All the pros are getting destroyed.
- Leadership doesn't trust any engineer.
- Leadership is very immature with taking decisions, but definitely gets results by fighting and harassing employees.
- No new learning. New management is destroying Cisco culture.
- You cannot take sick leave or PTO. In short, there is no emergency greater than this management.
Not a place for work, definitely a place for a war.
