Good environment. Feels a bit sluggish sometimes
Good leadership in terms of employee experience.
Unexplainable. Project managers need to have a clear-cut end-to-end understanding and plans before starting on a project. I see a lot of last-minute improv, and it's not a good look, especially close to release. Need better foresight.
