- Great environment to work.
- Workload is all right.
- Work timings are flexible.
- Compensation is not as good as other US-based product companies.
- There's not much chance to do things on your own because of the huge system.
The compensation should increase to match other US product companies with offices in India.
Also, there should be more opportunities for freshers to do things on their own.
