Amazing for WLB, but work can be dull
Work-life balance is great. The campus is huge, and the amenities and benefits for employees are excellent, such as the office cab.
Not a great place to learn and grow, since most people are coasting and living life. So, a great place to be for that, but if you're early in your career and want fast growth/appraisals, then this might not be the best fit.
Provide meaningful work opportunities for employees.
