Good company for longtime employees
Good company for longtime employees
Employees can stay for a long time here.
I know people who have been working here for more than 20 years.
Work-life balance is not great.
Compensation isn’t good as compared to other great companies like Google and Facebook.
Lots and lots of unnecessary meetings and processes.
Reduce meetings and give some room for India employees to deal with their personal life.
