A very good company to work for
Very good exposure to new technologies. Excellent work-life balance. The campus is too good and well-maintained. Good people to work with. Employee benefits are attractive. Process-oriented.
No hike every year, but it is definitely kept in mind and normalization is done in coming years.
A lot of approvals are required for any change/request, which makes the work lag at times. This process should be easier.
